Custom Football Jerseys in Pakistan: A Practical Guide to Team Kit Printing
Share
If you run a club, a school team, an office league or a weekend futsal group, sooner or later someone asks, "Can we get proper kits?" Custom football jerseys in Pakistan are not hard to get right, but they go much more smoothly when you sort out the details before you place the order. This guide explains the difference between a fan jersey and a custom team kit, why sublimation printing suits sportswear, how to handle names, numbers and sizes, and exactly how our bulk process works at Beyond Detail in Karachi.
Fan jerseys vs custom team kits
These are two different things, and knowing which one you need saves a lot of back and forth.
Fan jerseys are ready-made designs you can order one at a time. Our printed football jerseys collection has designs inspired by the colours of European clubs and World Cup national teams, such as the Argentina Home Messi World Cup Jersey, the Brazil Home Vinicius Jr World Cup Jersey and the Real Madrid Home Season 25/26 Jersey. They are independent Beyond Detail designs, not official club or federation merchandise.
Custom team kits carry your own design: your colours, your crest, sponsor logos, and each player's name and number. These are produced as a bulk order, so the process involves a quote, an artwork mockup and a production schedule. If you want every player in matching kit with their own name on the back, this is the route you need.
Why sublimation works for custom football jerseys in Pakistan
Every jersey we make is all-over sublimation printed. In simple terms, the ink is turned into a gas with heat and pressure and bonds with the polyester fibres, so the design becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it as a layer.
That matters for sportswear in our climate for a few reasons:
- No cracking or peeling. There is no thick print layer to split after a few months of washing.
- The fabric stays breathable. Because the print is in the fibres, it does not seal the surface the way a heavy plastic print can.
- Full design freedom. Stripes, gradients, patterned sleeves and side panels are all possible, because the whole garment can be printed, not just a box on the chest.

Choosing fabric and fit
Our ready-made jerseys use a lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking polyester, which is what you want for a kit that will be sweated in during a Karachi or Lahore afternoon and washed after every game. When you ask for a custom quote, tell us what the kit is mainly for (league matches, training, a one-day tournament or casual wear) so we can quote the right garment specification.
For fit, do not guess. Ask each player to lay a jersey or T-shirt that fits them well on a flat surface, measure across the chest and down the length, and compare those numbers with our size chart.
Names, numbers and logos
This is where most team orders slow down, so it helps to prepare properly:
- Send your logo in the best quality you have. High-resolution artwork gives the cleanest result. If you only have a rough concept or a phone photo of your crest, send it anyway with a short brief and we will confirm what design support is possible before production.
- Make one roster sheet. List each player's name exactly as it should be printed, their number and their size. Check spellings twice; what you approve is what gets printed.
- Think about readability. Numbers need to stand out from the base colour when seen from the other side of the pitch. Strong contrast beats clever colour matching.
- Mention extras up front. Sponsor logos, a different colour for the goalkeeper, or a captain's detail should all go in your first message, so they are included in the quote and the mockup.
Sizes, including kids
Our ready-made fan jerseys come in adult sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL, plus kids' sizes from 4–5 or 5–6 years up to 15–16 years, depending on the design. That makes them handy for academies and families where parents and children want to match.
For a custom team kit, include the full size breakdown with your enquiry, adults and kids together. Mixed sizes in one order are supported, subject to the product selected, and we will confirm availability for your exact breakdown in the quote.
How the bulk order process works
Here is the process as set out on our bulk and custom orders page:
- Share your requirements. Product type, quantity, city, deadline, sizes and whether you already have artwork.
- Receive a quote. Pricing depends on quantity, design complexity, garment specification and delivery requirements.
- Approve the artwork. You get a digital mockup. Production starts only after the artwork, sizes and commercial terms are approved.
- Production and delivery. Standard bulk orders are normally produced in 10–14 working days after final artwork approval. Large or complex orders get a separate schedule. Delivery transit time is extra and depends on your city; bulk shipping is quoted by order size, weight and destination.
The bulk page lists a minimum of 11 pieces for sports jerseys, though the minimum for a team kit can vary with the requirement, so confirm it in your quote. Custom bulk orders need an advance payment before production, and the exact amount is confirmed in the quotation.
Work backwards from your first match
The 10–14 working days start from final artwork approval, not from your first message. If your tournament is a month away, aim to send the roster and logo in the first week and approve the mockup quickly. Leave time for delivery to your city on top of production.
How to get a quote
The quickest way is a single WhatsApp message to +92 309 7479859 with:
- Number of jerseys and the size breakdown
- Your city and the date you need them by
- Your logo or artwork, and any sponsor logos
- The names and numbers list, if it is ready
Just want one jersey for yourself? Order straight from the collection. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, and standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 working days after order confirmation. Full details are in our shipping policy.
