stitch all products in Pakistan using professional sublimation
printing equipment.

2. ELIGIBILITY

- All Beyond Detail products are made-to-order using
digital sublimation printing
- Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen
due to monitor calibration differences
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product
at any time
- Product images on the website are for illustration
purposes — actual print placement may vary slightly
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
and include applicable taxes

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
at our discretion
- Order confirmation via WhatsApp or email does not
guarantee final acceptance
- In case of pricing errors, we will contact you before
processing the order
- Orders cannot be modified after 12 hours of placement
as production begins

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

- All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all Pakistan
- We accept debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers
- COD orders must be paid in full to the courier
upon delivery
- Beyond Detail uses Shopify's secure payment gateway —
we never store your card details

6. SHIPPING

- We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan only
- Delivery takes 3–7 working days from order placement
- Shipping charges apply as shown at checkout
- Free shipping on orders above Rs.5,000
- Beyond Detail is not responsible for delays caused
by courier companies, weather, or circumstances

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- We offer a 7-day exchange policy from date of delivery
- We do not offer cash refunds on change-of-mind returns
- Defective or wrong items are fully resolved at our cost
- Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

beyonddetail.pk are the property of Beyond Detail
Pakistan unless otherwise stated

- Some designs reference pop culture, sports, or public
figures for artistic and fashion purposes

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to:
- Provide false information at checkout
- Abuse the COD system by repeatedly refusing deliveries
- Attempt to defraud Beyond Detail through false
exchange or defect claims
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our website
Beyond Detail reserves the right to block customers who
abuse our policies or ordering system.

10. COD ABUSE POLICY

Cash on Delivery is offered in good faith. Customers who
repeatedly:
- Place orders and refuse delivery without valid reason
- Provide incorrect contact numbers or addresses
- Fail to respond to courier delivery attempts
May have their COD privilege removed and future orders
restricted to prepaid payment only.

email solely to process and deliver your order
- We do not sell or share your personal information
with third parties except our courier partners

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Beyond Detail Pakistan shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from
use of our products
- Delays or failures caused by third-party courier
services
- Loss of data or system failures on the customer's end
- Any losses exceeding the value of the original order
Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the
total value of the order in question.

Beyond Detail reserves the right to update these Terms
of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately
upon posting to beyonddetail.pk/policies/terms-of-service.
Continued use of the website after changes constitutes
acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of
the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall
be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
