Refund policy

At Beyond Detail, every item is made-to-order using professional sublimation 
printing. We take great care in the quality of every piece we produce. 
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY


We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

You may request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong size
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with tags attached
- Reported within 7 days of delivery date

To start an exchange, WhatsApp us at +92 332 2272407 with:
1. Your order number
2. Photo of the item
3. Reason for exchange

We will confirm your exchange within 24 hours.

2. REFUND POLICY

Because all Beyond Detail products are printed on-demand specifically 
for each order, we do not offer cash refunds except in the following cases:

- You received a defective item (printing error, stitching fault)
- You received a completely wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered

In these cases, we will offer either:
- A full replacement at no cost, OR
- Store credit equal to the order value

To claim a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear 
photos of the issue via WhatsApp at +92 332 2272407.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items reported after 7 days of delivery
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Size issues where the correct size was ordered and delivered


4. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) ORDERS

For COD orders, please inspect your parcel before paying the courier.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging, you may refuse the delivery 
and contact us immediately at +92 309 7479859 via WhatsApp.

Once a COD order is accepted and paid, it is subject to our standard 
7-day exchange policy above.


5. HOW EXCHANGES WORK

Step 1 — Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
Step 2 — Send your order number + photos of the item
Step 3 — We confirm eligibility within 24 hours
Step 4 — Ship the item back to our address (we share via WhatsApp)
Step 5 — We dispatch the replacement within 2–3 working days 
          of receiving your return

Note: Return shipping cost is borne by the customer except in cases 
of defective or wrong items, where we cover the cost.
