Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 working days after order confirmation across Pakistan. This estimate includes production and delivery; public holidays, weather and courier delays can affect arrival. Bulk and custom orders follow the separate schedule agreed in your quotation. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Yes — we deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, and everywhere in between. If you have a Pakistani address, we can reach you.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the contact info you provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 working days after confirmation, contact us on WhatsApp.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placing them, before production begins. After that, your order is already in production and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make a change.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives at your door. Please note that a small COD handling fee may apply.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers. Paying online is the fastest way to confirm your order and get it into production immediately.

Yes — Beyond Detail runs on Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. All payments are secured with SSL encryption and processed through verified payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Adult T-shirts, polo shirts and bomber jackets offer XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL on active listings. M3 Threads 2-piece suits offer XS–XL. Kids’ sizes vary by design. For Hawaiian shirts and Premium Cotton styles, check the sizes listed on the individual product. Compare measurements with the relevant size chart or the chart in the product images before ordering. Sublimation printing uses heat to transfer dye into suitable fabric fibres. Many of our all-over printed products use this process; check the individual listing for its print details. Colour appearance can change with wear, washing and exposure to sunlight. Follow the garment’s care label; we do not promise zero fading or an unchanged appearance after a fixed number of washes.

• Bomber jackets: polyester fleece
• Premium Cotton collection: cotton
• M3 Threads 2-piece suits: viscose poly-cotton
Check your chosen product for its specific details. M3 Threads sets include a shirt and trousers; no dupatta is included.

Follow the care label and the instructions on your product page, as fabrics and construction vary. M3 Threads suits list hand washing, no bleach, low tumble drying and low-heat ironing. For other garments, use the care instructions supplied with that item. Avoid applying high heat directly to printed areas. If you are unsure, contact us on WhatsApp before washing.

Yes! Custom and bulk orders are available. If you want a shirt with your own design, a corporate logo, or a personalised print for an event, contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements and we will send you a quote.

Exchange requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery and are limited to wrong items, wrong sizes sent, or defects. If the size you ordered was correctly delivered, choosing the wrong size or finding that it does not fit is not eligible for exchange. We offer replacement or store credit only, not cash refunds, for eligible wrong items, wrong sizes sent, defects, or orders confirmed lost in transit. Report delivered-item issues within 7 days of delivery to +92 309 7479859. For a missing order, contact us after the estimated delivery window.
