Beyond Detail

Beyond Detail is a Pakistani apparel brand built on the belief that clothing should be an expression — bold, personal, and worth remembering. Founded in Karachi, we design and manufacture our entire range in-house, giving us complete control over quality from first sketch to final stitch.

Our Story

What started as a passion project with sublimation printing equipment quickly grew into something much bigger. We saw a gap in the Pakistani market — locally made clothing that didn't compromise on design or quality. So we built it ourselves.

Today, Beyond Detail produces hundreds of unique designs across shirts, bomber jackets, polo shirts, Hawaiian shirts, kids wear, and home accessories — all printed, cut, and stitched under one roof in Pakistan.

How We Make Our Clothes

Every Beyond Detail garment goes through the same careful process:

Design — Our in-house design team creates every print digitally, from scratch.
Sublimation Printing — We use professional-grade sublimation printing, which infuses color directly into the polyester fabric at high heat. The result is a print that won't crack, peel, or fade — even after dozens of washes.
Heat Press — Each panel is heat-pressed to lock in the design with precision.
Cutting & Stitching — Fabric panels are cut to pattern and stitched by our skilled local team.
Quality Check — Every finished piece is inspected before packaging.

Why Sublimation?

Unlike screen printing or DTG, sublimation becomes part of the fabric itself. That means sharper edges, more vivid color, full all-over coverage, and a finish that lasts. It's why our prints look as good on wash number fifty as they did on day one.
